In terms of airlines, I think the results are in line with my experience, however, even though I have never had a bad experience at a Hilton, Hyatt is much better than its peers.

When it comes to customer satisfaction, airlines and travel websites seem to be moving in the right direction in pleasing patrons. Hotels? Not so much.
